How do we deal with ANGER?

Anger is a normal emotion that we experience every day. When I think of ANGER, I think of how God was angry with JOB. God gave Job everything, but JOB did not fear GOD. Even so, God was faithful to Job, and He restored and multiplied JOB generously. Because JOB lost everything because Satan tempted him.

What are healthy ways we can channel anger so it doesn’t hurt others? I can only explain from my own personal experience. As a writer, when I feel angry, I like to put my emotions onto paper. I find this helps me immensely.

Painting and drawing also helps me channel my anger in a positive direction. Even reading about gem stones helps me simmer down. Talking to family is another distraction from anger.

Having a mental illness like anxiety has taught me you cannot MEDICATE ANGER! It will only pop up again somewhere down the track…

Be kind to yourself. Ask yourself, why am I angry?
